Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This policy explains what information Codaiq Digital (“we”) collects through this website, why, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you submit our contact or consultation form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company, country, website, the service you are interested in, budget range, timeline, how you heard about us and your project description. We use this information only to review and respond to your request and to discuss a potential project with you.

How we store it

Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and sent to us by email. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, then delete them. To limit spam, the form uses a short-lived, hashed identifier derived from your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored with your enquiry.

Third-party services

This website may load web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers. If we enable analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live (for example under the UK/EU GDPR or Californian law) you may have additional rights. To make a request, contact us through our contact page.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
